Gainward and Palit 460s use the same PCB, so that setup should owrk for Palit users as well.

Damit....I have old Maze5's but ordered the MSI (6 holes). Almost had 'free' watercooling!

Only the mounting holes are in the same place, So i dont think a full cover block would work because the layout of the components is different.
look a few posts up and you can see the type of waterblocks can fit(pictures)

I just read on another forum that the Zalman "ZM-GWB3" is a (quote) "bolt on" compatible fit for the Palit GTX460 Sonic Platinum?

Judging by the dimensions (not the compatibility list) and design, it looks like it might actually fit, but I'd prefer to hear from someone with some first hand experience. No images were provided so I'm skeptical. Anyone have access to one who can let us know for sure?

It'd be great if these fit because they're cheap and easy to find (where I live).

Is no problem just do it like this guy has don it:

Dangerden Maze5 on Geforce GTX 460 with 6 holes.

So as you can see it's no problem, i am going to try it with 2x Geforce GTX 460 1GB in SLI.

Now i only have to find 2 Danger Den Maze 5
