If evga makes a 1gb lifetime warranty SC without external exhaust, i might love that. The EE are uglier and they are probably like the zotac ones which are crap. Regular one is sexy . Also if msi make one with their twin frozr fans, that would be awesome. They are rocking with my 5770

Now I have to decide MSI's gtx 460(768MB) or eVGA gtx460(768MB) is cooler and quieter. Because my goal for the gtx 460 instead of 4890 has always been reducing noise.
I despise loud graphics fans. They annoy the crap out of me. I want a GTX 460 that has a good and QUIET stock cooler. I don't mind sacrificing a little performance if the cooler is better than the competition's.

ok i am going with the freaking evga sc 768mb. On this superclocked one, the memory clock is higher so im guessing that will even out this card, and thats why it performs the same as the others. I guess im gonna pre-order off of newegg now. can't wait

Whew, I don't feel so bad wanting a 768 version now, either one of the models will be a significant upgrade for me I'm feeling =)

i think because this is a site where the people push their hardware to their extreme limits and squeeze every last drop of fps they can from their gpu's that they say the 1gb. the benchmarks show that extra fps and the potential of overclocking and that makes a lot of people happy. my . For regular users who just like to play games with amazing graphics, the cheaper version should be better. I've been feeling like a mexican in africa for wanting the thing everybody else said not to get but i think i just made myself happy.

ehh was about to press cancel after reading this but after spending the time to type this im posting anyways

Going a few buckaroo's cheaper and pushing to the limits is also quite popular, else we'd all just have 480s or 5970s =) But I understand whats being said
