you think you'r Build sucks? - Page 8

TBH, if its such a pain in the ass, get a new card. Microstuttering is an imbred part of multi die GPU's, no way around it. Just sell that 295, and get yourself a 5870 or something similar. Problem solved.

If you think there is a problem with your rig take it into a good local mom and pop PC repair shop. Do you live in the East bay, CA? You can bring it by my shop. Either way, before you give up on your nearly $3000 computer you might as well pay $100 for someone to try and fix it.

To be completely honest, this will be probably the best fix for your problem. There is and has always been a massive amount of stuttering produced from quad sli, and the drivers have been quite buggy since there has been "support" for this kinda of technology.
You'll find similar problems on both sides of the isle (ATI or NVIDIA), however, there are fewer micro-stuttering problems being experienced with newer cards.
Just sell both of your 295's and invest in 2 5850's, or 2 470's. These will be the best bang-for-your-buck cards and should result in quite good performance, with significantly less stuttering.
