I personally suggest scripts over actually setting the default menu buttons. I personally use/make my own scripts. And if you would like I could make one for you, but I just made a .cfg file put it in my autoexec.cfg so every time I ran counter-strike I wouldn't have to bind the keys all over again. I use my Numpad and my Ins,Home,Del,End,pgup, pgdn keys for binds, and this is my .cfg file for buying guns:

Quote:
bind "*" "buy hegrenade"
bind "," "buyammo1"
bind "-" "buy smokegrenade"
bind "." "buyammo2"
bind "/" "buy flashbang"
bind "KP_HOME" "buy deagle; buy secammo"
bind "KP_UPARROW" "buy M4A1; buy AK47; buy primammo"
bind "KP_PGUP" "buy galil; buy famas; buy primammo"
bind "KP_LEFTARROW" "buy vest"
bind "KP_5" "buy mp5; buy primammo"
bind "KP_RIGHTARROW" "buy vesthelm"
bind "KP_DOWNARROW" "buy fiveseven; buy elite; buy secammo"
bind "KP_PGDN" "buy m3; buy primammo"
bind "KP_ENTER" "buy scout; buyammo1"
bind "KP_INS" "buy m4a1; buy ak47; buy primammo; buy flashbang; buy defuser; buy vest; buy vesthelm"
bind "KP_DEL" "buy defuser"
bind "KP_SLASH" "buy flashbang"
bind "KP_MINUS" "buy smokegrenade"
bind "KP_PLUS" "buy p90; buy primammo"
Also, you can use an AutoScript utility that I used to use until I figured out that custom buyscripts were better:
