NO!!!
4GB of RAM will KILL your performance!!
4x1gb will really stress teh memory controller, and limit your OC.

if hes building it for a professional
no offence

but dont OC it if u dont have to
an fx 60 kills almost everything at its stock speeds
get the 4 gigs
its better to have headroom, than to have lag
and do the SLI because cost isnt a problem
same reason

and lightsource
thats a real nice system

a choice you would like to make
Keyboard = his choise same goes for mouse
case = his choice also but i would recommend one with good air flow
i will not recommend water cooling or phase change because 1 leak and his system is screwed
Windows Xp 64
4 7900gtx or 7900gt
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130280
cooling = make some air cooling of your choice
i will edit incase i forget anything
Good luck fitting a FX60 on a 775 socket

Here is my build suggestion:

ASUS 975X P5WD2-E Premium
Intel Pentium Extreme Edition 955
eVGA GeForce 7900GTX EGS 512MB
Patriot PC-6400 2x1024MB Extreme Performance Low Latency
4X Raptor 150GB RAID0+1
PC Power & Cooling Turbo-Cool 1KW
Optical Drives as you wish
Case as you wish
Alternate cooling? Big Typoon

For a business style computer the Pentium EE 955 is going to beat out the FX60 because it has 4 logical cores. (Dual core and HT). You can mad multitask with that processor. Plus he can do a Conroe upgrade in the future.
