Problem with Windows Movie Maker

everytime i try and add audio the stupid "send microsoft this problem" window comes up adn i haev to shut down windows movie maker. Anyone know if i can fix this problem?

Are you sure your computer is stable? Check M$ to see if theres a patch or update for it.

well my system isnt overclocked and it is an HP so it should be stable but ill check MS for an update.

This might sound stupid, but did you reboot?

Delete the sounds and re-import them.

i did reboot but by what do u mean re-import them? cuz i downlaoded them form limewire.

delete from "collections" tab, then go back to "tasks" tab and hit import audio/music again. What type of sound files are they? Hopefully it is .mp3 or .wav. If not try to convert them to that format.
