thx!
You should download MSI afterburner and ATI tools. Open up both and leave ATI tools 3D view up. On afterburner just move 1 slider up at a time in steps the click on ATI tools 3D view to check if its stable. Keep moving a slider then checking 3D view until it crashes then back it down a few steps, then move to the next slider. I maxed the memory slider and almost maxed the shader slider with mine. I only had to add 20mv to get mine stable. Stock clocks i get around 20-30 fps on CoD:WaW and I get around 90 with my OC.

Could you please fill your Specs in this link please?

Also, what temps does your GT 240 reach as you game?

Also, I would love to join this club, I hate a GT 240. Good little folder.

1) I presume you're greeted with this error: Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding, but has succesfully recovered?

2) If that's the case, have you overclocked the GT240? If so, what is your current overclocked clocks. GT240 does not require a 6 pin connector; therefore, you're limited to roughly ~75 watt power consumption. (TDP on the is 69 watts)

3) Note, just because a card is factory overclocked, it does not necessarily guaranty 100% stability. (back to 2)

Give us some specs to work with, so that we can come up with solutions, so to speak.

When you execute games with default clocks of the GPU, are you still confronted by the same error message? Judging by the temps of the card, you're not receiving any errors. As I mentioned in my previous post, these cards are limited to ~75 watts delivered from PCI-e slot. So in case of overclocking, the card does not get the enough watts and obviously crashes. In other words, you will not overclock that card too far.
