is it good that my kingston value ram runs at ddr480 with 2.5-3-3-7 timings? how can i tell if there stable or not? because with my ecs i can only oc the fsb of my cpu so i cant really oc one thing without the other going up just as much

Im not too sure if the timingsd are stable..But you can tell by running a program called ''Prime95'' which tests you systems stability.
