Wow, that is some amazing customer service and shipping standards. I'm just wondering what you were actually charged for shipping? If you paid $8 for FedEx then that is what you should have got. If you paid $1 or no shipping then that is almost acceptable. I honestly don't like it when eBay sellers do this to me either. Luckily I've never lost anything like you have.

I still wonder what he paid for shipping?
I'm not trying to troll or be a jerk here, I'm just curious. I trust that they will take care of the issue. If I ever happen to want to do business with them, I think it's fair to see what happens in this case.

I am curious too. If you paid FedEx then you get it FedEx, not USPS so the seller can make a few more bucks.

Ok, thank you that is all I wanted to know. For a $5 cap you really can't expect too much more.

I personally would prefer to pay $2-$3 in shipping to get the cap safely, that should cover a bubble mailer and additional postage.

I was the 2nd guy it happen too

On friday i got that same alike envelope with a hole on the corner like someone push it out...

It seems like my post man delivered it because it was with my mail, at first i thought it was junk mail or something, But than saw tank guys slip inside about the key but no key..

But ya it does look like it was push out by the machine or by someone.

But tank guys is taking care of it and sending us another one

Hopefully it doesn't happen again.

Also maybe it would be better too tape the key on the inside with some tape so it will stick too the envelope from the inside so it wouldn't move around.

I figured out the problem. They keycaps get shipped out wrapped in paper, then tripped wrapped in a plastic bag, then put into the envelope. Those two got sent without the bags, so they were able to tear through the envelope. Suffice to say, we shouldn't have this problem again now

Just wanted too let you know i got my key cap today

And inside like tankguys said there's a bag and a piece of paper wrap on the key and worked really good.

There was a rip again but i guess that is from the post offices machines causing it?

But ya im happy now
