whin i oc cpu my raptor "hdd" wont read therefor my pc wont start

It's because your are inadvertanly OC'ing your SATA bus. Either try another set of SATA ports, or see if your BIOS allows you to lock your bus frequencies.

In the BIOS under advanced, change the Ratio Status. I bet yours is set to Unlocked at the moment. Try that.

You have 4 I see. You have tried all 4?
