I'd go for a gtx 470, they cost around the same as a 5850 but with driver updates they perform as well as a 5870.

Have you read many of the reviews for their 1366 mobos? I understand in the past they havent released the greatest of quality, but their current offerings are at the very competitive and friendlier in price.

yes i agree with you but note that once you buy the board, tech support is near non-existent....other than that no complaints

I would also suggest that if your going LGA 1156 just use 2x2GB RAM, you don't need 6GB of RAM and the more sticks you slot in, the more strain the memory controller has thus effecting overclocks

im using lga 1366 if thats any different, and doesnt ddr3 run better in multiples of 3? for triple channel?

doesn't have to

DDR3 stands for Double Data Rate 3 and it runs at lower voltages than DDR and DDR2
