whats with my 7800gt

ok so my 7800gt is supposed to be the nv70 core right? it says nv47. and also why does my card have all these extra things unlocked? this is weird

5 Pixel Units are enabled with 4 pipes per unit = 5 x 4 = 20 pipelines = 7800GT

Had the 6th (Pixel Unit 5) been unlocked you would have 24pipelines (a 7800GTX)

There's nothing wrong with the card

The same oges with ATi's Pixel Shaders

16 Pipelines 4 Shader processors per pipeline gives those cards 48 Pixel Shaders, same concept, but I'm sure in their BIOS It only has 4 Pixel Units
