Maybe you might want to flash the bios, if you haven't aready, alot of times that is the cause, be careful with the vcore northwoods can die a sudden death with too much.

uh oh....I think I have a super duper vcore droop...starts out it says 1.52v on vcore, but in bios its reading off as 1.49. THEN when it gets loaded it drops to 1.47 The computer's locked up at 2.9 because the vcore drops to 1.46-1.47

EDIT: then again...the 1.7vcore I threw onto it earlier today probably killed it...either that or its dying one. It locked up at 1.52v now, the highest it would go was 1.54 on average, it was set at 1.58
