I wanna join biggrin.gif. My everyday rig is:

EVGA 670 FTW 4Gb
Tripple AOC e2243Fwk Monitors running @ 5880x1080.

I had two 480's in SLI and swapped to the 670. I can say That I am already using over 3gb of VRAM in some stuff biggrin.gif. Glad I spent the extra for the VRAM... and the Heatkiller 680 waterblock thumb.gif

The good news is I have decided to go the 1080p route for my second foray into Surround. I was only considering the motherboard switch if I went with 1440p Surround in order to get Tri-SLI, but it's still good to know what a price difference there is between the different motherboards that are just as capable. biggrin.gif

Not a problem. wink.gif I'm currently working on a new build; doing TRI SLI 3GB 580's with a 1155 socket so I've looked at everything on the market recently. I ended up with the G1.Sniper3 if you're interested. It has the most features for the $ and I decided I liked the color combo better than another blue/black build.

Buuut for the cheapest bottom dollar I would have gotten the WS Revo P67 for sure. No real reason to buy the Z77 over it that's for sure.

K back to surround now. tongue.gif

I've been staring at the 4gb 680 w/backplate in my newegg cart all day.. it's just taunting me..

then again, i'm gonna have to figure out what to do with 2 more 24" monitors.. starting a new job from home and they're providing 2 new 24" dells (here's to hoping they're IPS panels!) guess it's a good thing i built my desk HUGE.. thumb.gif

what do u guys think about gtx 660 SLI (non ti) ? Would this kind of setup be sufficient for triple 1680x1050s? Looks like 2 of these are about 30% faster than a single 680.
