Nvidia Surround Club

the nvidia cp is a bit confusing getting the monitors to play nice. I finally got metro 2033 to run 5760x1080 after I lowered all the settings first in 1920x1080. Its extremely playable so I'll be cranking up the settings a bit to see how far it will go and maintain a decent level of game play.

Nvidia Surround Club

Hi every one,
I am glad to tell you that i just received my new Acer (GD245HQ) LCD, with Nvidia 3d Vision. As a gift of my birthday

There are still in its packing but i will be fixing them by tomorrow.. Hopefully

I am planning to Sell/Takeaway all my previous LCD's and replacing them with another 2 From Acer, So i can setup up full 3d Surround monitors..

Do you think that my 2 SLI GTX 285, can handle the above setup or i need to replace my GPUs also?
Good to Know!

When running in 3D mode, whatever frames you are getting are effectively halved, so you need to pull out 120fps at 5760x1080 to get an effective FPS of 60... There are not alot of systems out there that can put out 120fps as an average at 5760x1080...

So my answer would be yes, you would need alot better GPUs with more VRam to put out the frames needed, or you will have to back off alot of your ingame settings to get the maximum FPS you can...
