Added the components I'm saving for, couple things are still somewhat up in the air.

With Quad-SLI, i would look into buying a board with the NF200 (more PCIe lanes), such as the UD7, MIVE, WS Revolution, MSI Marshall or EVGA Classified.

It would be worth it to go with a 2600K as well i would think, i haven't seen anyone do a comparison between quad-SLI and the 2500k/2600k, but with quad you will still need to overclock that bad-boy to get the most out of your graphics cards. and the extra processing power of the 2600K couldn't hurt!

The 2x 590's pull less then Tri-SLI 580's so your PSU should annihilate it!

I really REALLY cant play Dirt 3 with a KB, lol... the arrow keys are too sensitive!
There are only two driving games I can play with a keyboard - Need for Speed Most Wanted, and Burnout Paradise.

Wiki has some info:
Quote:
The Play & Charge cable also allows use of a wireless controller without a battery pack. When doing so, Microsoft recommends using a AA pack (empty) to avoid damage to the exposed battery compartment. When connected, the controller does not act as a wired controller, but continues to communicate with the console or receiver wirelessly; data is sent via USB to the host only to allow automatic syncing and to initiate charging and does not send controller input data. As a result, the cable need not be plugged into the console or computer the controller is being used with - any convenient powered USB port may be used. The Play and Charge Kit will also automatically sync the controller to a Wireless Gaming Receiver when both are plugged in to a Windows computer.

I'm not certain that NF200 really improves matters, to be honest. It's still limited by the available PCI-E lanes off the CPU.

It duplicates instructions, which is its only real function im pretty sure, its there so there isnt an electrical bottleneck at the PCIe slots AFAIK

Thanks for the suggestions guys, some things are still not set in stone.. CPU, Monitors, Case, HDDs. I'm thinking about going with the Obsidian 800D, especially because I'm paying big money on components, especially ones that keep with the Red/Black color scheme it would be nice to show it off in all its glory, and I also and thinking about going liquid cooled with some sweet glowing red tubing.

Until then I just have to wait and tirelessly work 60+ hours a week saving practically all my checks to be able to afford my dream. I'm probably going to cave and only purchase one 590 and monitor, so I can game sooner then later, otherwise depending on monitors that's another 1200-1500 dollars of saving if I waited until I could afford every piece.

Plus I still have to consider headphones, keyboard, mouse, possibly sound card, desk, chair.. Who else thinks I'm insane?! I think the biggest choice I'll have to make is it continue living in Washington or move back to California after buying all my components off newegg to save (no sales tax!).

Sorry for such a long winded post, doubt you are interested in my life story! haha

Its all good mate, you will be able to run 3 screens on one 590, albeit not as good, but still up there as i run 6060x1080 on 2x 560Ti 2gb's at 900core.
