Quick test on my rig for BF4.

Seems playable but has a sudden spike drop once in awhile:

These settings were perfect for me with 3x 670 4GB... on Win8 too! Thanks! Just needed to know to turn off both AA settings for now until the final release. Then I should be able to get at least 2xAA hopefully!

I just couldn't seem to get the combination right. BF4 Beta is very squirly when it comes to getting good frames in surround once players start filling up the server. Played several rounds with these settings and with was super smooth outside of the server performance issues.

Hey, man, always happy to help out a fellow gamer and OCN member, especially a fellow triple-monitor gamer! thumb.gif

This is why I record as much information as possible in the About section of my videos. So that you all know what settings I use, temps, GPU usage, VRAM usage, etc, etc. That way you can duplicate the results if you wish, get an idea of performance, or just compare your setup to mine.

Wouldn't jump to that conclusion just yet.

I'm using SLi 760GTX 2GB's and I sat on a comfortable 40-50 FPS (BF4 Beta) all night with everything on Ultra, but AA only set to 2x.

I was kind of blown away by how well it played considering, but then again all the graphics in the Beta are very average.. I was however blown away that it was way better than everyone complained about. I think the current optimization is hit and miss with everyone's different setup, I'm sure it will all get fixed with release.

soo... Do those of you in TRI-SLI recommend hooking up all monitors to one/two cards so you can disable down to SLI w/ PhysX for those games that derp out on tri-sli?

The Nvidia cp will ask you to plug one monitor into each card (triple). I had a bad experience once due to taking the dvi connector on and off frequently. Dvi went bad (red lines but got it rma), since then, I just leave it in surround. For those games that won't benefit from Tri so just run those as normal.

What would be nice is if they did this in 1440p surround / 1600p surround with Titans. Then you can see your true test.

I was going to say the only game, but then I remembered red faction, and Alice: Madness returns...

The only game i have played that is truly broken in surround is Dragon Age: Origin... The speedtree programming is 100% borked in surround.

buuut, by "normal" you mean one monitor?
