Are they all the same monitors? (if not are they at least capable of the same resolutions and have the same refresh rate?)
If so, go to 'nvidia control panel' there should be an option called something like 'Configure sli/physx/surround', go in to it and choose span displays with surround and click configure, then make sure your monitors are plugged into your cards as the diagram shows, all through DVI, two monitors plugged into the top card and the third in the most middle dvi port on the bottom card. Follow the instructions, setup a bezel correction if needed and confirm it to enable surround.
Then go to the 'Screen Resolution' option and confirm the resolution is set to what you want (e.g 5760x1080).
Open battlefield and in the options you should then be able to push your resolution to higher than 1920x1080 all the way up to 3x your screen max resolutions (again e.g 5760x1080 if your screens are standard 1920x1080 screens)
