After a little investigation on my part it seems that whoever is in charge of the transformersgame.com domain have neglected to provide any A records for the mail exchange server(s) of that domain.
The fact that they can't even be bothered to accept feedback from fans pretty much proves that they care very little about their customers in my point of view. I for one am not very happy with Activision's incredibly absent minded tech department.

A dig* in the Linux shell should pull back a valid A record for the MX hostname. For example, mail01.transformersgame.com. However in this case no hostname or IP have been provided. This in turn means that DNS servers will never find e-mail intended for that domain.

Further investigations via a whois domain prove inconclusive as to who would be the port of call in correcting the A record. The domain is owned by Hasbro but handled by an obscure outsourced company MarkMonitor.com. to further add to the complexity, the nameservers for this domain are run by Activision.
If I knew which of the three companies needed to be contacted I would contact their appropriate technical department to let them know that they need to update their A records. The techie in me tells me its Activision who is actually maintaining it as it is their name servers that are assigned to that domain. Although truth be told I don't think they'd even care.
