Determine Stepping?

I have been reading here and there about "stepping". I understand what it is, but is there an easy way to find out what version of processor that you have? I have this 'ole 3200 which runs pretty dang good, but now I am curious as to what I really have.

Take the heatsink off and look at the surface of the CPU. It will look something like:

CABGE
KABGE
CABYE
CAB2E

Theres also a week/year of when it was made like 0548 (year 2005 week 48) and a code like FPAW. Write everything down and post it here.
