Sata install troubles

Info of Pc in sig

I just got the RaptorX and was installing it was my frist SATA drive and I heard you needed to press F6 when stalling windows on it and I did but I don't know really which files I need to add? - frist problem

then I guess and I think O got it right but not sure for when I got windows the RaptorX I could not see my IDE hard drive and windows complain of a missing memory controller but yet when I booted up on the IDE HD which all so has a win XP home on it, it could see the Sata drive. - second problem

I do, do a lot of work with PC's and all but Sata is really new thing to me any help is dearly needed

O thanks, that did anwer it all just fine I just didn't use the right F6 files, live and learn, everthing is up and running extremely fast, no wonder so many want this drive
