because i changed my cpu speed to manual
ive upgraded my bus speed from 133 to 145
and put something to asynchonous and then my system was realy unstable

possible that its bcuz i havent modified my mhz ram? ropey said it has nothing to do with this ... but im still not sure because ive heard ram is for stability of the systems and that it has something to do with the overclock

Changing the speed 12 shouldn't make it unstable but for the whole asynchonous by have affect on how the data is be used or travel to..

ya but my question is when i overclock like i did do i have to change my ram mhz too? if so it would help me make it more stable because their is no way that my system is unstable like this for a little upgrade of 200-300 mhz on my 2400 cpu
