According to the 'net your chipset supports 533fsb which means you can do a pinmod overclock raising your 1.4GHz to 1.86Ghz (check my sig); it's very easy.Celeron M overclocking guide
This mod doesn't raise the vcore which means no percivable decrease in battery life or increase in heat so it's not too likely that you'll fry your computer. Enjoy.
