Help me please - problem with virtual memory?

hi when im running on the internet some time it bring an ! on my startup and its yellow triangle and it says not enough virtual memory or so

can someone tell me whats the problem and how i can fix it please?. thx

Read this article from Microsoft: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q253912/

Also, you seem to have enough ram but check out your hard disk free space.
Windows also uses the hard drive for virtual memory, where the drive acts as a temporary ram bank.
If your hard drive is full or nearly full, there may not be enough virtual memory available to sustain it. Always try to keep 500MB or more free on your hard drive to avoid this problem.

My computer>properties>advanced>performance>advanced> change...
set it to 1.5x start and 3x end...you be fine...
x=your physical memory
