xp device conflict with 6600gt

Hey guys I've got a device resource conflict with my 6600 gt that I've been using just fine for almost a year.. Not sure what started the problem but now I get 4-bit color and 640x480 when I start it up. My device properties for my gfx card shows a code 12 but I can't seem to fix it. The vga save says it is conflicting with agp to processor connection, but I can't change any of the resource settings, i can't change the little box that says use automatic settings on any device in my system to try and correct it, and I am the administrator.. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thx
