Athlon XP 3200+ on ABit NF7-S rev2.0 *Overclocking*

Hi,

first we had a few S-ATA problems but now it is running like a dream!

ABit NF7-S rev2.0
Athlon XP 3200+
Corsair 3200C2 2x512MB @ CL2.3.3.6
Modified Arctic Cooling 2TC
Enermax 460W

on the beginn the load temp. gone over 50C
also we build on AC cooler an harder fan!
Now load temp. is 41C and now we had fun!

now running on 233 x 11 = 2563MHz <-- there is more but first an better
cooler! can someone say what is the best cooler for this system?

Typhoon is what I would use.

That or the XP-120. Both are quiet and cool. The Typhoon cools the CPU a bit better and the XP-120 moves the case airflow a bit better so the motherboard temperature is a bit better. You can't go wrong with either one for my personal opinion.

I have followed your work on this system and think you have a good understanding of the word "Careful" whilst overclocking. Good on you.

I don´t know Typhoon!

my Turion runs @ 320 x 8 = 2560MHz
HTspeed 320 x 3
memory @ 320 @ 3.1Volt
