Testing: 146 CACJE 0603FPMW [Batch#73#255#351#354]

I've pretested 4 Opteron CACJE 0603FPMW among the 10 received at work. This stepping is really good, most of the chips run 3GHz easily, and benching under chiller was possible up to 3240MHz with one of these.
However, each chip is heavily cold-bugged...

Quote:
1) CACJE 0603FPMW #354
3001MHz@1.52V watercooling (idle water temp=23.4°C, load=26.6°C, i.e. load CPU temp= ~47°C)

Quote:
2) CACJE 0603FPMW #255
3001MHz@1.55V watercooling (idle water temp=23.5°C, load=26.9°C, i.e. load CPU temp= ~48°C)

Quote:
3) CACJE 0603FPMW #351
2900MHz@1.52V watercooling (idle water temp=23.5°C, load=26.2°C)

3201MHz@1.68V liquid chilling (idle WB temp=-5°C, load=7°C, cold-bug CPU temp=10°C@HTT~320MHz) The one I prefer

3239MHz@1.58V liquid chilling

Not a good time for that clock...

Very nice indeed, good work there mate! I seem to be having the cold bug issue at only +19C. Ran faster when at 50C.

I'm confused, your work is allowing you to test the chips, but then still resell them as new?

Those which are tested, are then sold as pretested...

Awesome. I'm using an Opty 146 for a build for my dad next week along with G.Skill ZXs and an Asus A8N5X. Hope I can get results this good, but I'll probably only run it at ~2.6 or so.
