I'm not sure if this is a bad thing or not but my heart is wondering from Gamer to Hardware tech , I'm really a pretty good gamer but i'm also a really good PC tech too, HELP!!!

I need inspiration, maybe after I build my new Gaming PC and get some new games my faith will be restored, or perhaps I need to visit a LAN party(I Can't believe i've nver been to one!). I really wanna go to Quakecon l8r this year, but I'm not as good as i used to be and definatly not as fanatical, lol.

Somebody kick my butt in gaming gear!!!

just buy a new game and start playing a new game always helps me get back into gaming or just play an old one.

I've been gaming for over 25 years now...but not every day. Occasionally you need to take a break and let other interests occupy you for a few months. Eventually you will see a game that you really want to play, and you will come back to the fold.

With summer coming up, now is as good a time as any to take a break. Go outside and play.

mmm, sometimes you just need to walk away form the computer all together, I can just imagine a lot of us are sitting at their rig bored but know nothing else. Get outside and find something to do. It is just not healthy sitting in-front of a screen all the time. Find something else to do and get back to your gaming later, it will still be there when you get back. For me I got heavily involved in WW2 and learning what the hell went on during those horrid years. Get a hobby besides your rig. When the gaming was not as enjoyable I also went out to the yard and built a bar for all the boys to drink at, this involved lots of power tools which I had to buy which was another project also. Now the bar has a network cable running to it and a killer stereo and the laptop sits out there so I can also visit the forum when i've had a few beers. You just can't game all the time, inspiration comes from lots of things.

Great advice and I do agree sometimes you just need to get up off ur @$$ and do something else, wheter or not it has anything to do w/ gaming and i do need a new game, think i'm gonna get HL2(yeah i dnt own it yet) and FEAR when i build my new PC THX dudes.

But the sun, it burns, JK, but i still am a night person...

I kinda have this wierd dellusion to be up there w/ Fatal1ty some day and have DesertRat plastered on the next MOBO or sound card. Hey i can dream cant i, lol.

I suppose i culd just start a manufacturing Corp. and still get my name put on stuff, lol, jk, ASUS and MSI would kill me, possibly literally(nvr know what friends they have and in what places )
