Well, this is the ram i have and i've been happy with it.

If you're willing to pay more though, these have better timings.

This CPU is capable of being unlocked to a quad-core Phenom FX-5000 if you pair it with a motherboard that has an SB710 or SB750 southbridge. I've personally unlocked one with this mobo and overclocked it from 2.2GHz to 3.0GHz on stock volts. The unlock will also unleash a whopping 6MB of L3 cache if successful. I also had one CPU fail to unlock, so it's kind of a gamble. If it fails to unlock, you still have a fairly capable dual-core chip that can easily be upgraded in the future to a Phenom II X6.
