ok.... ive searched around and cant find much info on this, and if any at all the procedures are pretty vague on how to go about forcing the backup bios to reflash the main bios when it doesn't flash automatically. i got a new 1090t yesterday and decided to update from bios version f4 to f12a for ga-ma785gm-us2h. reboot, and....
....nothing. the fans spin, power is on, but no beeps, no video.
shouldnt dualbios kick in if the main bios was corrupted from a bad flash?
well it doesnt.... so i was wondering if anyone knows the proper way to force flash the main bios from the backup, because the downtime of an rma is no fun at all when i have only this computer to game on.
any help?
