The Zalman is a good HFS but looking @ the MB layout, it's sucking in all the heat from the RAM!
Have you considered a side pnl fan to blow fresh air @ the FHS or even slightly foreward of it to aim @ the FHS/RAM?

i think you need better cable managment to improve your air flow. I belive that with better flow in your case you could get another 5-10c drop. so like 38c at full load.

as I know for sure my side panel fan NOT blow the air in HSF, it sucks out the air to side panel.
Should I reverse the fan to blow-in instead ?
At the front panel, there is a big fan ( 4.75") blow the air in as an intake. if you look at the pic on page 2.
For the cable management, I try to tight all the cable along side with the case and route the cables that block the intake air. I think it the best I can do.
Just don't know why the zalman get only a few degree improvement compare to the stock HSF. maybe the orientation of the fan differently.

I turned the side fan to have the air blows in, got about 2 degree drop. I am thinking to change all my side, front, and back 80mm fan to 120mm fan to get more cool air to the case.
any cheap place to buy fan?
