Best OC LGA775 OCer?

I have the pentium D 820 775 chipset in my current intel mobo(D945PSN). It does not support overclocking as we all know so I would like to know which one do you guys recommend for someone who wants to overclock his processor, water cooling, use pci-e ( no dual cards neccesary) and RAID 0. Ive been looking around but maybe you can help me. Also im currently running 1024mb 667mhz ram, if i upgrade to a mobo with 800mhz and overclock the ram as well for a 1:1 ratio would the two different speeds mess up me doing that? Should I just stay with 667mhz if i upgraded to 2048..i would get the OCZ ram too if i did.

oh now i see...i was goin to say the one the other guy said but thats not the type of ram you have so no...but if you got the ddr2-800 with this board you would have a better time with overclocking no doubt sir...but it definitely wouldnt be too bad with your current ram either ......but id say
look at this board:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813131589

or if you dont want to upgrade your memory
look at this one (i personally like this one):

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128002
tell me what you think!

edit: i just noticed how good the gigabyte board would look with my g-power pro lol

Asus P5WD2-E Premium is undoubtedly the best overclocking motherboard out today. Has my Pentium D 930 stable at 4.21GHz all day long and in several reviews this board has hit 400MHz FSB! (not that your CPU can handle that kind of overclock lol). It is worth its weight in gold to me and is also CrossFire capable and supports 4 sticks of DDR2 800 as well as every Intel LGA775 CPU out now (including the 955XE) and its based on the new Intel 975x chipset which as I said is godly for overclocking.
