Well I have one right now, it's the EVGA GTS 450 FPB edition. But is it worth it? And how is your PPD on them in SLI?

No. My client was at 99% and set to drop a 75k Wu and I get a unstable machine again. I hate this ****. I can't wait for my new psu and stuff and perhaps a new CPU if that's the problem. Anywho.... how has everyone else been?

Hey guys i just have a question for you. Im looking at buying a new mobo/cpu or gpu, and I was thinking of either buying a new mobo that supports sli and has 3 pcie slots and buying another gts 450. or buying a new mobo and a 1090T cpu. any ideas on models?

How much is your budget? If you have a $300-$500 budget then it's completely different than if you have a $500-$700 budget. If you have enough for it then why not look into getting a i7-2600k, a P67 mobo, and perhaps another GTS 450 if your budget allows. I'm pretty good and helping people pick out parts based on their budgets. Ask Repo, I made him a list of EPIC proportion a few months back of Good AMD CPU's and Mobo's for him to get. I'll go part out a few combo's for you and try to keep the cost down. What brand preferences do you have and what brand and model is your current GTS 450?

Sometimes they just EUE on you Nate. Could be the OC, could be the WU itself. It happens man.

Yeah but this is like the 8th time that its gotten to 99% on a Wu that is for more than 75k and then it EUE's on me. It's just frustrating. Oh well. I get a month off break next month which is good because I get my refund next month. So hopefully, I'll get my parts installed and OC'd so I can be back and better than ever for June and beyond. So we're gonna have to have some sort of BBB party to celebrate my 1 year Folding@Home anniversary. I think that I have done pretty good for myself considering that I have had so many problems with my components. I'd say that I have maybe been able to fold at full capacity (even though I haven't been able to fold on my GTX 480 SC for almost 5 months now because it takes too much from my i7-930) for maybe 8 out of the 12 months of my first year and I will still break the 5 million point mark. Do you guys think that I should just SMP fold so I can fold on my GPU during the Chimp Challenge?
