If you're raising Uncore (you mentioned Ring voltage) then don't bother. I get the same scores in 3dmark (Fire Strike) and other 3d benches regardless of Uncore or RAM speed/timing. Even in Cinebench I think I only got like 10 more points with my Uncore at 4.2ghz instead of 3.5ghz.
For 4.6Ghz you might just need more Vcore.
Funny part is it had no issue for two years or so, and the only time there's a problem is when I get certain core 21's. As for uncore, I think I was running it at 4.3GHz, and still have it there.... No wait, 4.2GHz. Never did test to see if it went further or not, or if changes to it made any difference. And that's with the GPU at 1254MHz core, so I highly doubt it was because of the gpu overheating.... Then again, those same core 21's can get my card up to 80C...
And virtually every single bench has no issues with me running at 4.6GHz with my previous settings. Could it be the chip degrading slightly? hard to say, but since it's only certain core 21's, it could very well be the fact I need to clean out my Cryorig R1 Ultimate, lol.
I'd do a bunch of testing and whatnot, but it's a daily driver, and I'm supposed to be doing an OS reinstall this weekend to swap out the main hard drive (because, y'know, I've had it for six weeks and paid for it back then, and suspect this Seagate might be starting to die off, hard to tell though).
