I wonder if the A-10 will be true to its real life counterpart in that it will be nearly impossible to shoot down actually as long as it has its death-cannon in tact I'll be happy, for those not militarily inclined the A-10 is an air to land anti tank jet basically, its pretty slow but has LOTS of armor and its nose mounted vulcan cannon can rip through tanks like paper machet, also its cannon is so powerful that it actually slows down the plane when its fired so the pilots have to fire it in bursts otherwise there seriously is a risk of stalling if they aren't going very fast to begin with!

EDIT/// According to Wikkipedia, during the first Iraq war the A-10s destroyed more than 1,000 tanks, 2,000 military vehicles and 1,200 artillery pieces while only suffering 5 losses! LOL!

does anyone even have euro force? i have special forces and its OK
euro is worth the $10 in my opinion. The new maps are really fun and i think show of different team tactics, which is what BF2 was really made for. Great Wall has some great infantry action, and the other two are great for large scale tank vs. tank battles, which is rare in the standard BF2 maps.

Plus, those without all the unlocks get to play with some of the nicer weapons that come with the Euro team. Good stuff for 10 bucks. If it were $30, then they would need a lot more content to make it worthwhile. but hey, $10? nice.

For you snipers out there, the tobarra quarry map is sniper heaven. I have made head shots with the new sniper rifle so far, I had to aim 3-4 ft higher than the head of the target, almost twice the height of the enemy. It's awesome some of the sniping spots available on this map.

Lol Aqualan, first of all its Taraba Quarry and I never aim more than an inch or so above the person I'm aiming for, I guess that means I've been shootinig them in the crotch LOL!

i like how these maps are pretty vehicle oriented. the city maps in bf2 vanilla dont give you alot of options for vehicles. the new maps aren't over "vehicle-a-fied" like joint ops is which is good. btw anyone own jointops?

I want my warthog, but I want it free. Darnit, maybe if we don't buy it, they'll release it free. If we do they'll start charging us for any updates. I mean Desert Combat has three times as many vehicles, their making it slowly like desert combat, but charging us instead of giving us free updates.
