Can I just ask; what are your room temps? Because I have an almost identical loop and I even oriented my CPU block the wrong way around and it hits 72c but only with 4.2Ghz and over 1.5v, but you have to remember that at the moment here it is around 15c which can have a huge effect. I would suggest reversing the fans as others have, however, and also you will want to take the rad down and tilt it so the barbs are up top and give it a little shake, a LOT of air can be caught in the rad from filling if your not careful.

3. I don't quite understand. Just a question, which hole does the line from the pump go into? The middle one?

Wes
Yes / middle one.

Hmmm, possibly higher then average ambient temperature? Do you have an idea of what your ambient temperature is?
46C, 43C, 45C, 40C on 4ghz ambient.

You can't 'look' for them since you can't see them. Try turning your rad in all directions to dislodge them.

Yeah, like Wes said, try and give your rad a good tip around to get the air out, also, I don't recall you mentioning, but what kind of fans do you have on your rad?

There is certainly something wrong. When you apply the TIM, how much are you using. Too much TIM is worse than too little.
I would pick up some 38mm fans for the rad as well. (although that is not entirely the problem).

pull air into the case and over the rad (turn your fans around)
dont push the warm air in the case out thru the rad

make sure that the center hose on the cpu block is the water inlet (does make a difference)
