I meant crtl alt + direction . It appears I had it all backwards too; up makes it normal, down is for turning the screen 180 degrees. Left would be for rotating the screen 90 degrees clockwise, and right 90 degrees counterclockwise.

A tiny bit of research affirmed my suspicions; it's not a windows shortcut, but one in the GPU drivers. I'm guessing Intel puts that shortcut in, since I'm just using a random Dell desktop right now.

so basicly it only works with Intel user?

Unless someone with a different graphics card confirm it works on theirs. It doesn't work on the CAD computer with an ATi card in it here.

well i had 5850 + AMD it doesn't work lol.
need some1 to try with Nvidia card + intel too

googled it, found that..it only works with certain graphic cards that with Intel setting.
