One 7800GT will rip those 6800's to pieces. I would reccomend an EVGA brand, has a lifetime warranty even if you OC.

even if overclocked? damn!

I gotta find somewhere to sell these 2 now, I'm not sure anyone will buy them on ebay for $100 even though they are brand new.

Wouldn't 2 6800's be pretty close if they were both overclocked vs. one non overclocked 7800? It's gonna be a hassle trying to get rid of these 2, I'd let em both go brand new for $100 but I'm not even sure someone on ebay would buy em. I wonder if I can return them to newegg even if the seal has been cut on them....

You can return for any reason for up to 30 days. Past that there is a 15% restocking fee.

ok cool thanks a lot. http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...711&CatId=1560

I'm gonna order that tonight, this is a good idea right? I'm gonna lose $50 to restock and end up dishing out about $70 for a 7800gt. I guess I'm just looking for reinforcement. I'm going to OC this too I think will my 450 watt powersupply be able to handle that? thanks.

I get a message saying that the 7800GT is no longer available. You want to look for a 7900GT anyways... tons faster and the same price.

so I could even use the cards for a week and send them in for a 85% refund? I ordered a 7900gt but I will need a graphics card to play oblivion until the 7900gt comes. It doesn't feet right using them and sending em back though.
