EDIT: How much voltage do U think I need to give them to get cas 7? I know it depends but would it need 1.7v or 1.9v to get there?

Yeah, you have to call ahead to see if they have what you want in stock at their retail locations. I have 2 TD stores within 30 minutes of me.
I would rather go online and wait a week than go to TD.

1.8V up from 1.5V, oh my
Go for the G.Skill ECO's; low voltage and they usually don't need that much more voltage to OC, and can still take it if they do
(I'm talking 1.6v here, not something ridiculous like 1.8v).
