Work it and find out
Up the voltage and take you time but IMHO, if you also losten the timings 250ish should be no problem.

Start with upping the CAS2 to 2.5 the "5" may prefer 6 or 8 instead.

Lostening the timings should allow you to run less a divider. The CAS2.5 settings may get you to run at 333 vs 266.

Wow, I'm suprised you got it that far, it might not be totally stable though. The sweet spot is 234 @ 2.5-3-3-5 1T, at least for mine.

Run some tests and comparing it to other RAM, it seems as though the bandwidth tests are just as good as some DDR500.

Post up a CPU-Z, I want to see the proof it's at 266Mhz

ok in cpu-z my mem freq is only 192 but you say you can do 234 how my bios goes from 266,333,400 so how do you get 243? my timing now is 2-3-2-5 @333 and my bus speed is 245 times 11.

he's getting 234 by setting the ram divider to 1:1, which would be setting your ram to 400 in the bios. That way whatever your cpu freq. is (245 for example) that's what your ram will run at.

EDIT: you will probably need to loosen the timings to run the ram at 245 though as the duke was saying.

I'm sorry it was actually 237MHz +/-

333/400 = .8325 <- 333MHz Divider

I was running it @ 285/10 = 2.85GHz

285 x .8325 = 237MHz <- RAM speed

The clocks will fluctuate a little but it's close to 234-237, math says 237 but my computer say 234.1
