More than 80 wallpaper apps so far has been shown to dial home to the dev sending private info. Pretty much anything you type or use on your phone it collects...

Good thing I didn't install any Wallpaper apps on my Android build on my HD2...

...people just need to look at the permissions page that pops up when you install the app, not really a problem here? I'm not sure why the media are running these stories so much.
