The fan ticks at any speed above 58%. It sucks because I can tell how quite these "woosh" sounding fans would be without the tick.
Maybe NCIX has too much this item , Linus does not have enough time to unlock.

Other things --If unlock this item, Owner will lose 3 years guarantee( if they did not save 465 bios and can not flash back). IF NCIX unlock it, NCIX will give owner 3 years guarantee or not ? The buyers do not have GE465 bios from NCIX when they bought it. How can they to do after 30 days of purchase for 3 years guarantee?

I can guarentee you I have taken apart the card and reassembled it more than anyone on this forum. So far I have used up a tube of chill factor, a tube of MX-2 and 2/3 of a tube of MX-3 remounting this stupid cooler. I still idle at 57 with 55% fan speed and I still get that annoying ticking sound.

I am seriously considering returning this card to newegg. They have agreed to pay shipping and refund the the total of $291. Unlike the Americans here, I did not get a copy of SC2 Trial with my card. And I am thankful.

Before any of that though, I will be ordering a tube of AS Ceramique as that is what NCspecV81 uses and his temps are just... astounding...

I have ran into OC instabilities with MSI Afterburner but on the other hand EVGA Precision is giving me much better results. Is anyone else also experiencing this?

I OC'd on MSI AB from stock to 700/1400 and that was a no go after an hour or so on just regular gaming. I then lowered it to 675/1350 and that went out the window within an hour and half of gaming. I then proceeded to go even lower to 650/1300 and that didn't even stand the test. By the way, I was playing some SC2 to test out the OC runs I did the day before and it would just artifact after an hour or so.

Now fast forward to today. I downloaded EVGA Precision and OC'd it to about 650/1300 and that was stable throughout 3-4 hours of SC2. Anyways I am gonna increase the clocks and test it with OCCT.

What's wrong with the card? Are you RMA'ing it cause the cooler isn't cooling very well when you received it?

I'm scared that the card I bought from ANTOnline won't be able to unlock or be a super high number. Has anyone else order from ANTOnline, any issues with their cards? Hopefully I don't run into an unlocking or OC'ing problem!

That's high, and is that at complete stock settings with original GTX 465 bios?
