This is by FAR the worst experience I've ever had with newegg. It's bull$h!t.
I had a great experience with Newegg.ca so I can't knock them for my RMA. Your experience was just ridiculous. Even trying
to charge for a free trial is ludicrous, let alone charging you behind your back!
