Yup, temps were even worse before the fan broke, I replaced the TIM.

What voltage do you have this at? When I was Ocing the card I pushed it to 1.087v and it would crash after 1-2 hours of stress testing. Then I decided to start at 1.000v and move my way up and I was able to hit 750/1674 stable. So the problem I found with this card is that it didn't like the high voltage I gave it.

My RMA from Newegg for my card finally was approved, though they are charging me for the f**king starcraft 2 trial. The card cost $259. The starcraft 2 trial is worth $59 according to them. So because I didnt return it they are taking $60 from my refund. The reason I didnt return it because in the cart and during the order process it says " GIFT StarCraft2 - FREE Trial Version Game coupon ". GIFT. Why would I have to return a gift ? Anyone got any ideas?

I be'd more concerned with the fact you're paying a price that is for the full game but is for a free trial

I have mine upped a bit. Beware that every system is different and can only withstand so much on the PCI-E. If you raise it too high you have a chance at corrupting your system. I keep mine at 110 normally, which is actually higher than most people are comfortable with but my system seems to be handling it. When I'm benching I use a dedicated HDD and OS so I don't care if I mess things up. I'll run that as high as it will go. Above 116 crashes my video card drivers so I recently got a PCI card for benching sessions.

Thread Starter
Well....I apparently have a huge CPU bottleneck, even at 3.8 GHz.

I did some Crysis benches with my cards in SLI. Stock clocks produced ~47 fps and overclocked to 750/2000, produced 45 fps. Any ideas?

Here's a screenshot of the overclocked run. If you look at the highlighted GPU usage, you can see that the cards are used less on the run with the overclock when compared to the run that was completed with stock clocks.

Got around to installing mine today,

#1154
#1352

Both unlocked and ran kombustor at 800 without issues.

Those look nice

Frosty, will you add somewhere in the OP that to use the Swiftech MCW80, you have to purchase an additional adapter? They state that you do not because the reference coolers has a plate that the waterblock can attach to. While the PCB might be reference, the plate obviously is not.

I emailed the Swiftech rep to see when the adapter would be for sale. It has been announced but apparently isn't available for purchase yet. The retail price on it is $11.99.
