This is not correct.

NCIX is selling GE's that they explicitly call out as not being able to unlock.

So...do u have 10 ram chips?

From seeing 3 on both sides I'm gonna assume I do. I won't pull the heatsinks off or attempt to flash until I get my other card in.

It's gonna be hard saying good bye to my GTX 280's. I'm not sure on how I'm gonna move on.

That's Afterburner OSD.

NCspec, 25 C?! You definitely have a golden card there, my friend.

Yikes! 3mb pic upload batman.

If you're running Win7, download the 32bit or 64bit program of this.

http://imageresizer.codeplex.com/releases/view/30247

After it's installed you can right-click, choose resize, and you can shave off a lot of space. A lot easier on bandwidth.

If you're XP then use this version.

So I'm confused on the bricking the card part.

I see, "If you brick the card you're screwed!", but then I see people saying you can go back and re-flash with the stock 465 bios.

Okay just received my GE today from newegg. It definitively looks like it was used, smudges on card and box looks warn. though the box looks like it was shelf wear, not banged up or anything just box to box scrapes. Anyways the card # is 620 does anyone know of anyone previously having this card? I will pop in tonight and check it out might not unlock till tomorrow want to run some tests on it. This thing looks so sick in person though. yah

You can re-flash the BIOS as many times as you'd like if needed.

It's if the BIOS doesn't take and you reboot that you'll brick yourself. No display = no way for the mobo to render DOS while you re-flash.
