I unlocked it using "NCspecV81's modded BIOS". It seems to be pretty stable so far. I ran through some game benchmarks, and it's kicking serious ass over the stock 465 bios, and major ass over the hd 4870 it replaced. I might try another BIOS without such aggressive clock speeds, and just overclock from within afterburner if needed. I've had furmark kicking for the last 20 minutes, and the temp leveled off at 74c in my hot ass apartment.
We demand a pic of said card!

GPU-Z is usually what most people use. You can also use nvidia inspector which I actually prefer.

I believe you won't be able to tell what voltage your card runs stock unlocked as a 470 unless you use a stock MSI GTX 470 Twin Frozr bios or a standard unmodded 470 bios. Right now I believe your card is being set to max safe voltage of 1.087mV by the modded bios.

Where do you get a stock MSI GTX 470 Twin Frozr bios?

Damn you beat me to it

Or you can try this one here

The one posted by NCSpec is newer and has a more aggressive fan profile (begins increasing fan speed when temps reach 65c). But this may vary from card to card I'm not sure if it's the same for all of them.

Thank guys.

Not sure what's going on my Vantage score on performance is only 9000 when running at 800 1600 1848 at 1.063v?

When I first unlocked it was 700 1400 1848 with the same v and I got a score of 16000 on gpu.

Any ideas? I'm going to run it again at stock to see if I can match the 16000 score again. Should I move to another bios?

It sounds like the overclock is being rejected and ends up performing the benchmark in the low-power 2D clocks. Check the clocks during some load (like Furmark or Kombuster or something) and watch the clocks.
