I agree.

I eventually had to modify the BIOS that I'm using to lower the memory clocks down to 1674. At 1848, I was failing OCCT left and right regardless of the core voltage, then I dropped the memory clock in the BIOS to 1674, left everything else the same, and viola! Everything works, OCCT stable for 6+ hours.
If there is enough demand, i can repack my kit for you guys, or upload my modified BIOS for you guys to use with the 1674 memory clock.

Lemme know.

Just want to make sure , is it fine if i use your kit, but upload a different bios to the card ??? would that solve the issues you refer above??? I am flashing it next week since my mobo died today on me.

Great week to not have a mobo.

Yea man. You can use any BIOS that you desire with my kit. You'll just have to substitute the other Bios in for 470.rom

I'll redo it in HD. I can't find my battery charger and the sony battery for my camera dies quickly.

Yeah...I would like to see 2 links with bios packs. 1) The stock bios of a EVGA GTX470 "SC". You could call it " kidwolf909's GTX470 "SC" bios pack.
The 2nd... " kidwolf909's GTX470 "XC" bios pack. with settings of 800/1600/1800 with a volt cap of 1.10v..

and of course....Test your stock 465(s) at the speeds of the bios you choose before flashing.

what ya think?

Ya. I recommend overclocking it when it's still a 465 first. I have one card that overclocks the same whether its a 465 or 470.

Thanks for the videos. Getting ready to flash my card. In your second video you said that the 465 didn't have the cuda but in your first video your gpu-z showed it checked. My gpu-z has it checked as well. you must have accidentally unchecked the box somewhere along the process. No big deal but thought you would want to know.
