Or just get yourself a 560 TF II and be done with it.

That my friend depends on cost you can get a 460 right now for around $150 or a 560 for $250. It always boils down to cost with PC parts there will always be bigger and better and more expensive. Seriously my wallet hurts and those 560 GE's are pretty damn fine looking, personally I'm probably gonna stick with my 470 sli for a while.

when you have 470's SLI's there's hardly a worthwhile upgrade to switch to right now, better off waiting for Kepler. I too decided to skip the 5 series all together. Going 470 to 570 has minimal performance gains, and the 580 is too expensive right now.

My comment was directed at the guy asking about unlocking a regular 465, which I'm 99.9% certain won't work, while the 560 is an excellent card for about the same price as a 465 GE if you can find one. Both Amazon and NewEgg don't have GE's anymore.

Oh totally, but he mentioned that he could get a 465 cheap, so if you want a really good cheap card hence the 460 is great. Once all the 5xx's come out I wouldn't be surprised to see the 4xx's drop even more.

And hellz ya I'm keeping my 470's for a while they have been nice to me and the bling oh yes the bling, looks good next to my 9900 zalman

In that regard, yes, go for a 460 over a 465, maybe he should clarify what price he can get it for, and what his budget is.

I've had one for quite a while, but I haven't posted. My card number is 1917 and yes it is unlocked.

Long overdue but the list has been updated.

Hi Guys! It's been a while since I've posted, I just bought another GE, with the intention of having 2 GE's unlocked running SLI. Right now I have a puny 550W PSU, that obviously barely cuts it for my sig rig.

I've seen that a few of you guys have 2 or 3 card SLI setups, and am just wondering what would be a good PSU for me to buy? I intend on having the 2 GE's, i5 760, p55, 3 HD's, dvd-burner, and about 5, or 6 case fans connected. I don't care about modular, it'd be nice, but this case is huge, and has space for me to hid cords. I was thinking about getting the corsair tx 750W, or 850W, or perhaps the 760W PC Power and Cooling PSU.

Thanks!

Any quality 750w will cut it. Antec TP-750, Corsair TX750, Silverstone 750, XFX 750 black edition, etc.

Well those are the two brands that I would suggest: Corsair or PC Power & Cooling. Currently I have the Corsair AX 1200w it is a beast, So as far as watts for 470's in sli I'm not sure since I have a lot of head room. Higher the 80+ certification the better and you do want to give your self a bit of head room.

The Corsair HX 750 is 129.99 with coupon here at newegg

Hope this helps

I was just looking at that HX in that same promo. I think I'll go with that one.
