Ok, I'll keep on folding. I've got a big issue though. I came home thinking the darn 470 had shut down. IT DIDN'T...it was still folding. It had done FOUR 1298 pnt wus since this morning. The PROBLEM? None of them had posted to sstnt2!!!
I check the configuration, and it shows the name as sstnt2, so what's up??

Ok, stopped the client, deleted the work folder, and config and queue.dat files, restarted and put the name, team, and passkey in, and it's folding again. REALLY TICKED that the ##s are not showing up, as it had completed and uploaded SIX 1298 pnt wus (HFM and it's log file said).
But NOTHING is showing up on EOC. What is up with that?

Just have to see if I DO get credit or not...and if what I did fixed it. Guess I'll see overnight.

Oh, at least a little good news...I picked up another 6900 due to complete on Friday morning. Right now, I'm doing one bigadv in the morning, one the following day in the afternoon, skip a day (tomorrow), and then start over. That's right at 60k pnts a day!

Are/were you trying to run HFM in the VM or in the host/native OS..? HFM can be configured to read the files from VMs...

Oh, by the way....I've changed the way that my HFM reports a bit - it now bases the points on the "Effective Rate" rather than just the last frame.

This means that it is more accurate over the WU, has a closer representation of what the actual credit is likely to be, and [somethingelsethatI'vejustforgotten]. However, it does seem to mean that it doesn't really calculate that well for the first frame or two: presumably due to the added time for the downloading and unpacking... Anyway, link is still the same (for those who have the link) and you can also just review the latest logs by changing the end of the URL to "WKS4_S.html" although that doesn't show how many points it would be worth..

In the native OS.
I don't think I'll care much until I have more clients running anyways.

MISFITS! Finishing up my 6900 this morning (in about 30 minutes) for 90k pnts. And looks like I'm stable on my 470 putting out over 14k pnts daily (11x1298 wus daily). Still don't know what happened a couple of days ago, but deleting my work folder, and cfg and queue.dat files and reloading my info worked. VW? When ya goin' be taking back over the Fermi duties, guy?

Stats will be a llleeetttllleee late...zodac is having some major workload issues...like having a personal life outside working for us on our stats, hey what's wit dat?!?!?!?

Anyways, I think we're still in the lead as we had a REALLY big day a couple of days ago (NLM, CB and I all finished bigadvs), but can't be sure without the updates. Know k4 is stead with his points. CB & NLM, when's your next wu finish? Are you still doing bigadvs?

Thinking solidsteel144 will take over for CB in a week or so. Want to try to time it is we can, i.e. him taking over for CB right after CB fniishes up a bigadv, and just before ss144 finishes one! Still like it is JCG & CB can help out eRingF get started folding, as he could help out another team and it's good for the CAUSE!

Fold on, MISFITS!

Actually, doing updates now; expect a post in the next 10 mins.

I've pointed fRingE towards the main SMP guide along with some information, as well as an offer to set it up via TeamViewer/LogMeIn; I haven't heard back yet, so I presume he is up and running without any issues.

EDIT: 220k lead! Well done, guys!
