The Misfits - Page 378

Well, just kicked off the Folding client on WKS04 (just SMP again for now) and will endeavour to work out what the deal is with the installer or at least just re-use the Lucid one again and sort the FS out......but I can't say when that's likely to be yet..

Oh, didn't see any signs of moisture when I took the TX950 out, so IDK why it popped...but the 850 is in and working...

Watching a movie film at the moment, will see whether I get a chance to (read: get round to) checking what pics I need to remove from the site - like "personal" ones.......

Take your time, work on your overclock and settings, and get it stable. hopefully you'll be ready to take back over maybe Monday or Tuesday, just pm zodac when and you'll get swapped back in. Hopefully with a decent overclock and running Linux you WILL get some of the big -bigadvs...if not, just stable folding is what we need.

Here's a link...this covers the whole process - the initial folder/directory is for the first "half" of the process, "PSU" is for the replacement of the, errr, power supply...

A wife asks her husband, a computer programmer; "Could you please go to the store for me and buy one carton of milk, and if they have eggs, get 6!"

A short time later the husband comes back with 6 cartons of milk.

The wife asks him, "Why the hell did you buy 6 cartons of milk?"

He replied, "They had eggs..."

LOL
It's her fault... never even mentioned buying eggs.

Edit:
Delivered the 6903, picked up another one.

Well, can't be bothered to wait any longer, so after the SMP WU earlier the CLI command was adjusted to include -bigadv and was kicked off again............but it has been having the "WU too big" error it was having before..

I'll leave it for now, but if anyone has any ideas before I wipe and re-install from scratch..................
